Officer, Operations Performance Monitoring & Analytics

• Day-to-day and timely process on the data in terms of extracting, formatting and reporting
• Prepare regular reports and the underlying data logging, and perform analysis on business
• Handle and resolve enquiries (e.g. provide additional analysis based on existing data, provide insights from data perspective) from other teams, departments, lines of businesses and external parties
• Participate and support in enhancement of existing practice, routine and process in terms of reporting requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS/ Computing or other related discipline
• 1-2 years of working experience preferably with insurance/ financial industry (experience in data-management is a plus); candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access and SQL (to handle select statements) ; knowledge in VBA is an advantage
• Knowledge in AS400, PowerBI would be an asset
