- Degree in HR / BCom / Ideally with Organizational Psychology
- 5 to 8 years providing co-ordination and support in all aspects of L&D including planning, preparation of learning material, logistical support, payments of suppliers / training providers and reporting
- Know the the acts related to SHERQ, Competition Law, Anti Bribery Law and Anti Corruption Laws
- Must be from FMCG or Milling or Food Manufacturing
- Physically and Medically Fit for Work
- Must have done statutory reports i.e. WSP / ATR and BBB-EE
- Planning and Scheduling
- Prepare Learning Material
- Payments of Suppliers
- Report writing
- Learning needs analysis
- Develop Key outputs on job descriptions
- Control the L&D Budget
- Monitor and Evaluate the training sessions
- Advise employees of career development planning
