- Establish and maintain customer trust and confidence in a competitive environment.
- Provide technical direction to JMA customer base.
- Provide competitive analysis as needed on JMA and its competitors.

- Work with Systems Architecture team and product team to develop system requirements and platform architecture.
- Lead technical activities necessary to characterize, verify and validate system design and performance.
- Work with External System Prime and customer teams to identify, develop, and document key Segment requirements and interface documents.
- Develop and deliver via webinars, group meetings or other means professional technical presentations on JMA products and design solutions.
- Onsite and phone technical support when needed.
- Develop detailed bills of material for customer Projects.
- Assist in the creation of project scope and objectives.
- Create project plans, track progress and drive resources to meet commitments.
- Actively manage JMA relationships during construction while providing oversight of contractors
- Review project contracts and ensure project is delivered according to the contract.
- Weekly report for all projects and needed action on each project.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Networks Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of application experience with distributed antenna systems, repeaters, and public safety RF networks
- Applicant must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of:
- End-to-end system optimization for P25, LTE and 5G NR networks
- Designing and testing optical networks (WDM, CWDM, DWDM)
- Spectrum analyzer use with ability to read and evaluate results.
- Analyzing cable PIM and sweep test results.
- Developing downlink and uplink link budgets
- Working knowledge of 4G and 5G NR radio access network operation and performance optimization is a plus.
- CBRS (CPI) Certified Professional Installer is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a demanding, results-driven environment
- Experience with iBwave In-Building Design and Atoll Software is a plus.
- Knowledge of National Electrical Codes (NEC) and telecommunication installation best practices is plus.
- Work from home office when not on project sites
- Up to 75% travel
- This position will ideally be located in Las Vegas, Nevada
