We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the skilled and qualified Plant Mechanic will be responsible for assisting with the busy workload to meet the required deadlines and schedules. As a Plant Mechanic you will work on Caterpillar building and construction equipment, performing a variety of tasks. These can include dealer provided option installations, maintenance and build ups to customers specification ensuring optimum safety and efficiency throughout the entire build.Location: Perth Airport - New Machines ConstructionRosters: 5 days on, 2 days off (Monday to Friday) - 10 hours each day OR 8 days on, 6 days off, 12 hours each day.To be successful the following is required:

Australian-recognised Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant Trade Certificate
Previous experience working on heavy, civil and construction size earthmoving equipment
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Be well aligned with and exhibit WesTrac's core values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer
