While everyone at BigPay contributes to the growth of our business, you are responsible for the product's health, bringing consumers into our acquisition funnel, and driving overall MAU and profitable GTV growth through campaigns and executions.About the jobBuild strategy and execution plans for growth.Assist creatives, media, CRM campaigns striving for high performance, efficiency and measurable results.Work with a team of experts to design and execute integrated growth campaigns to drive squad’s growth metrics.Communicate the growth strategy to senior/executive management at BigPay and act as a valuable partner and advocate.To be successfulBA/BS degree or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience.Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position and grow products in the market, with some marketing or growth-related experience in the tech or finance industries.Understanding of BigPay’s strategic and competitive position.Proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative growth/product achievements with limited budgets.You always put the consumer first, with data and insights driving your decision-making.You can balance senior stakeholder management while focusing on the daily deliverables of the business.Excellent communication, presentation, project management and analytical skills.Why BigPay?Join a fearless adventure, where your opinion and input are highly contributional.Work in a fast-paced, growing company where you will be empowered to succeed.An environment where you can challenge and be challenged.You will be surrounded by a multidisciplinary group of experts.Competitive salary & benefits.
