Providing costumer support in Danish (min. B2) and English;
Contact with customers via chat, e-mails and phone;
Solving customer problems;
Working with basic office tools;
Building positive relationships with customers.

Very good knowledge of Danish (min. B2) and English (minimum C1);
Openness to shift work;
Availability to work minimum 150 hours per month;
Communication skills;
Commitment.
