Job Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM ESTJob Overview:Join a leading B2B tech marketing firm, dedicated to establishing and upholding industry standards. Our dynamic team is expanding, and we are looking for experienced professionals to manage and enhance paid advertising campaigns for mid-sized B2B tech companies.Responsibilities:

Develop and launch comprehensive digital advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.

Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to increase return on ad spend (ROAS) through targeting adjustments, bid optimizations, and effective keyword management.

Oversee budget allocation and management across multiple campaigns.

Implement and refine conversion tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

Regularly report key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign adjustments, and strategic recommendations to client managers.

Conduct thorough audits of existing campaigns, proposing and implementing enhancements.

Stay updated and adapt to new advertising platforms as part of our evolving marketing stack.
