​Job Overview:VMA GROUP are working alongside a forward-thinking technology company near Cambridge.We are looking for an experienced marketing professional as this role will be pivotal in supporting the marketing team's activities within the organisation. Responsible for assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, this role contributes to the overall success of promotional efforts. Duties are wide and varied including audience research, assisting in the creation of content and managing social media channels. Additionally, this role provides some administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, updating CRM records and coordinating marketing events. The Marketing Co-Ordinator ensures the smooth execution of marketing initiatives, ultimately helping to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.Main duties / key responsibilities:Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute LinkedIn posts and regular e-newsletters.Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, including image sourcing and resizing, graphics, carousels, and video editing.Copywriting - producing copy for social and newsletters.Newsletter creation using HubSpot.Analysing results and providing recommendations for improvement.General support throughout the Marketing TeamKnowledge and Skills:Essential:Regular newsletter creationExtensive relevant marketing experience in a B2B environmentGood copywriting and proofreading skillsProficiency in social scheduling software and email marketing platformsExperience in analysing digital media (social and newsletter) results and providing recommendations for improvement.Proactive worker able to identify opportunities, solve problems and complete tasks without supervision.Desirable:Photoshop/image design experience related to social/newsletter graphics/image resizing.Video shooting and editing.HubSpot marketing experience.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Establishing and measuring campaign KPIs to ensure reporting of ROI.Data management and PECR/ GDPR compliance.Event coordination or management.Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
