Day shifts: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm.

Take internal calls to make reservations and bookings
Use upselling techniques and build customer rapport
Provide excellent customer service and always remain calm under pressure
You will be the first point of contact for any sales calls, always exceeding customer expectations
Use your excellent IT skills to book services and products on multiple platformsBenefits
