- Analyze system requirements and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Write and maintain clean, testable code using .NET programming languages.
- Develop technical specifications and oversee software architecture.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging of .NET applications.
- Conduct code reviews and refactoring to optimize performance.
- Deploy fully functional applications and perform upgrades to existing systems.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers.
- Document all development processes and operational procedures.
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net Framework, .Net Standard, and .Net Core, C#.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus SDK, Windows Services, and both Windows and Web application development (WinForms, WPF, MVC, etc.).
- Proficient in REST API development and Entity Framework.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, application performance optimization, and scalability.
- Experience in a Scrum or Agile development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of .NET/Service Oriented architecture, .NET framework, CLR, and VS.NET.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented design principles.
- Technical expertise in operating systems, software integration, systems design, application design, and development methods.
- Proven ability in business requirements analysis, operational readiness, service level agreements, and continuous operating environment support.
- Experience mentoring developers in both process and technology.
- Exposure to performance analysis tools (SQL Profiler, Postman, Datadog, App Insights).
- Familiarity with MSMQ.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
