Become part of a team that's shaping the future.The Position.As the Office Manager & PA, you'll wear many hats and have plenty of opportunities to get involved in many aspects of the business; primarily supporting the founders in a PA capacity and managing our fresh and vibrant office.PA Support:

You’ll provide top notch support to our 2 founders; handling calendars, scheduling and travel arrangements.

You’ll be able to anticipate changes at short notice, so staying up to date with activities and projects is key.

You’ll collaborate with the HR, Engineering and marketing teams on key decks and projects.

You’ll be on hand to action miscellaneous tasks and running errands for the founders.

Office Management:

You’ll be the ‘go-to’ person and manage the day-to-day running of the office.

You’ll ensure our office is fully stocked with supplies, and stays organised and presentable.

You’ll provide general support to the office, support with travel booking and maintaining various systems.

You will be a key person involved in planning and executing events/social activities for the office and maintaining the office culture.

RequirementsWe’re looking for a few key traits/skills:Experience - 2+ years experience within a similar role, ideally within a start-up environment.Skills - You’ll have exceptional organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.Attributes - An upbeat attitude, adaptable approach to work and someone who can bring positivity and resourcefulness to the business. No two days are the same at IMD so embracing change will set you up for success.Fluency in French - A critical requirement to enable you to immerse yourself both professionally and culturally here at IMD.BenefitsThe Package.

£30-40K basic salary per annum

Performance-related, quarterly paid bonus - 10% per year
