We do that by being good stewards of our resources and providing efficient and cost-effective care for all.Overview of Job Responsibilities:Process all referrals for CBHI services, including intake paperwork.Maintain the CBHI wait-list.Manage Master list of clients on the wait-list, and make assignments as neededProvide the required phone check in with all wait-listed clients and conduct follow-up check-ins until the case is assigned.Determine eligibility/medical necessity for the requested service.Obtain initial consent for the service.Update client charts to reflect new referrals for service, new staff assignments, wait-list and discharge statusProvide information regarding other CBHI providers and services available for referred clientsReport client information to MABHA on a monthly basis.This position is Full Time with a Flexible Hybrid ScheduleJob Requirements:Education Level - Master’s Degree in mental health/human service field (MA, M.Ed., or MSW)Years of Experience - 1–2 years’ Experience working with children and families is a plus, experience working with insurance verification is a plus.Skills/Abilities - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Experience and proficiency using Google suites (sheets & docs) and Microsoft suites (excel and word) are required.
