This highly impressive CA Firm is currently looking to bring on a down to earth and dedicated Manager into their business to compliment an already successful management/leadership team.This role has come up due to organic growth with one of the previous Managers moving into a Partner role.The current Partners have a mix of mid-tier and Big 4 backgrounds, and are an exceptional group of individuals to work with; they are very personable, down to earth, and would provide a great platform for someone looking to step up and continue to grow the business with them.This firm is client focused and have a great portfolio across as wide range of industries; the work you will be doing will be challenging yet rewarding, and will provide you with the opportunity to continue to develop and grow both technically and professionally.They take great pride in providing an excellent learning and development platform for their team, and provide ongoing support and mentoring to allow individuals to succeed and progress in their careers.In this role as a Business Services Manager/Client Manager you will be expected to:

Be responsible for and manage your own portfolio of clients
Work closely with clients providing written and verbal advice
Work closely with the executive team on strategy, process improvements, and culture
Manage, review and mentor a team of driven and motivated individuals

To be successful for this role you will:

Have a minimum of 5 years local experience and currently in a similar Business Services Assistant Manager, or Manager/Client Manager role
CA or CPA Qualified
Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be committed to working in a collaborative and high performing team environment
