The Junior Area Business Manager will spearhead the operations and will be accountable for all assigned gyms owned or managed by the Company. A true ambassador of the Anytime Fitness Culture, he or she tirelessly injects the Anytime Fitness Cultural Values into its staff, members and community resulting in a harmonious environment of happiness, laughter, play, and productivity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: training, sales, operations, customer service, financial control and management, planning, reporting, motivating; assisting and enforcing policies and procedures as stipulated by the company. Job Description and Responsibilities: Live, breath and eat the Anytime Fitness business model and all operational best practices. To be an exemplary franchisee through mastery of the Phase Program and all facets of running an Anytime Fitness club. Spearhead the end-to-end development of any new clubs under the management of the Company President, including setup, construction, presales and launch. Manage the performance and general operations of the clubs under Anytime Fitness Trailblazers' Management in collaboration with the Club Managers and upper management. Collaborate with management to create consistency across all clubs. Collaborate with a team to innovate new processes for efficiencies. Present club performance targets to management. Meet and exceed agreed club targets with a particular focus on membership sales, PT sales, retention, bad debt and productivity of each club. Human resourcing in coordination with Human Resources. Including defining the required resources, hiring, setting KPI's, incentives, and providing leadership and motivation to the team. Create a motivated and team oriented work environment. Develop and present an annual budget in collaboration with the appointed financial resource and management team. Report on monthly/quarterly/annual financials, including P/L and budget variance. Report on overall club operations monthly or as needed. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Proven ability to manage and develop start-ups. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, etc. Be able to speak effectively before groups of customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in the required language Must have at least a minimum of 3yrs experience in managing a cluster of Commercial Fitness Club operations Minimum 5 years work experience in the fitness industry. Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course, preferably Management Project management, Membership Management, Sales and Retention, Customer Relation Proficient in MS Office and Excel, Google Business/Office Apps; familiar with membership management softwares. Strong work ethic with high morals Management of teams in high pressure sales environments.
