Our mission is to deliver tangible results through innovative strategies and meticulous evaluation.The Role:As our Reporting and Insight Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in using data to inform and enhance our marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Reporting and Insight Director, you’ll lead efforts to identify new reporting requirements and evaluate campaign effectiveness. Your proficiency in Tableau reporting will be essential in bringing our data to life and deriving actionable insights.What You’ll Do:
  • Audience Selection and Campaign Evaluation:
  • Utilise analytics to pinpoint target customers for each campaign.
  • Develop and execute segmented email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Present findings through reports and presentations.
  • Actionable Insight:
  • Translate raw data into comprehensible insights.
  • Implement innovative solutions to optimise campaign performance.
  • Conduct testing to refine strategies and drive results.
  • Influencing Stakeholders (Internal / External):
  • Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment.
  • Handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
  • Precise and Robust Execution:
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Make informed decisions aligned with client objectives.
  • Compliance: Information Security and Regulatory Conduct:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies such as GDPR and FCA.
  • Identify and address potential compliance issues.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience with CRM and marketing software, ideally Pardot, Marketo or Mail Chimp.
  • A strong background in data analysis, reporting, or email marketing.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
