Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in underwriting, preferably within the insurance industry in Indonesia.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving results and meeting/exceeding targets.
