-Support on the phone and mail to both private and business customers.
- Troubleshooting with customers on the phone, and e.g. remote control to the customer's PC.
- Support to our technicians with what spare parts to use and technical instructions.
- Support for hardware and software such as driver routines and pre-installed OS.
- Possibility of future on-site service work with customers for the right person.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience and knowledge of PC's (hardware and software, self-interest or education)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as working independently when required.
- Motivation to learn
- Empathy and skills to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Fluent Swedish is a requirementPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Prior experience from a customer service occupation
- Prior experience from Helpdesk/customer service role
