- Respond to group enquiries via phone, email, online RFP channels and walk-ins to the hotel in accordance with the relating SOP's.
- Identify and design group programmes aimed at converting the enquiry into actual business
- Maintaining the relevant aspects of our client database and building strong relationships with stakeholders in line with Rosewood's philosophy of Relationship Hospitality
- Working closely with the Group Services team to handover any group contracts to the planning team
- Taking a proactive role in maximising revenues for the hotel where appropriate
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating tasks.
- Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail paired with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
- The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English via several different communication channels.
