Drafting and vetting of agreements based on inputs provided above or sharing of the same with Company's External counsels for their views/draft, as may be required. Seeking requisite approvals carrying out changes, wherever necessary. Sharing the Draft with the business teams for their inputs/suggestion if any and then finalising the Draft to be circulated for the opposite party's review. Negotiation/discussion with external stakeholders and re-drafting of the agreement if required. Checking for final execution of the agreement. Development of standard agreement templates and SOPs Understanding the queries received from the various business teams including global business in relation to the agreements executed. Seeking external support from lawyers, wherever required in order to handle queries. Legal support to global business & Strategy in M&A activity and entry into new market. Support in M&A negotiation and transaction documentation. Experience in handling of transactions and ability to negotiate, draft, review, vet transaction documents.
