The Production Manager is responsible for the execution of maintenance activities in a safe manner by planning and managing all resources both personnel and materials on the facility to ensure production activities achieve timely performance, compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligation and maximum efficiency.It is a requirement of this position that you hold a current Drivers' Licence and be eligible to hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance.You'll be key to the delivery of our maintenance projects.What you will bring
  • Work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands;
  • Prepare and update the project risk register;
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and present weekly project dashboard; and
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships of trust and understanding with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
