Product Compliance Manager - Driving Compliance, Ensuring Excellence

- Support our Common Product Managers and local Product Managers in new product development projects and product maintenance, to ensure that products are designed, manufactured and placed on the market in accordance with the regulatory requirements, standards and certifications relevant for our products and markets
- Ensure and support that safety and other compliance requirements are met, e.g., requirements pertaining to labeling, packaging, documentation, user manuals and instruction booklets
- Compile and maintain technical files, by developing and maintaining a portal/ database of all active compliances
- Coordinate and track on-ongoing product testing and certification with third party labs or via Telia supplier
- Cooperate with Legal in identifying and monitoring worldwide regulatory development within relevant fields
- Monitor RAPEX
- Keep relevant stakeholders in product management proactively informed about any developments or changes in relevant legislation, standards and certifications
- Take part in product compliance Risk Assessments projects to spot and quantify safety and compliance risks and develop mitigation plans
- Support the investigation and problem solving for safety or compliance issues
- Contribute to creation of policies and processes
- Support sales, communications/marketing and customer service with their compliance queries
- Customer-focused and driven by delivering value
- Analytical and have a problem-solving mindset and not afraid to “dig in” when and where needed
- Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders and drive strong cross-functional collaboration

- Product compliance legislation (e.g., General Product Safety Regulation, REACH, RED, WEEE, ROHS, PPWD, Battery Regulation etc.) as well as its implementation via harmonized standards and certifications. Blue Guide
- Telco/Media and ICT portfolios and main technical/business drivers and obstacles
- Knowledge in different product and service development methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ITIL
- Experience from Product Management, Operations and Customer Deliveries
- Tools from leading SW-vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Atlassian i.e. Jira, Qlik sense etc.)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- University degree or similar higher education
