- Develop and implement effective people strategies aligned with Monite's business objectives and culture
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and create strategic hiring plans
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand, leveraging various channels to attract top talent
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Be responsible for our relationships with our Employer of Record providers Deel and Remote
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations in the UK, Europe and the US
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth
- Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters
- You've been a People professional within a start-up/scale-up, preferably standalone or in a small People team
- You have designed and implemented People initiatives across the employee lifecycle
- You have global HR experience, preferably in the UK, Germany, and the US
- You’ve worked in remote-first companies before
- You know how to track, interpret and utilise People data
- You've worked with HRISs and ATSs (we currently use Zoho and Workable)
- You have an in-depth knowledge of employment laws and know how to stay compliant when engaging employees and contractors globally
- You're confident communicating with people at all levels of a company
- You're strategic when designing People initiatives, while having a knack for operations and day-to-day People admin
- You're people-oriented, resilient, and results-driven
- You have a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- £50-60k annual salary
