We are constantly looking for great talents, aiming for excellence and ready to join our ambitious adventure!Headcount Growth :July 2019 : 10July 2020 : 50July 2021 : 200July 2023 : +500Become part of our international talent team as a Talent Acquisition Intern (5-6 months) in our HQ in Lyon. You will be responsible for the german market and work directly with the german General Manager, the Talent Lead in Berlin and the international talent team in Lyon.You will learn hands-on how recruiting works in a rapidly growing scale-up and how to attract A-level talent for a tech company. We teach you important skills such as active sourcing, KPI monitoring, employer branding and stakeholder management.What you will do:
  • You generate an extensive candidate pipeline
  • Manage new applications, conduct screening interviews and filter, assess and manage candidates according to their skills through the application process
  • Actively search for suitable candidates on LinkedIn to find and target the best profiles in the market
  • You recruit new top talent across Germany every month, especially for the Sales and Customer Success departments
  • You review and communicate your own performance through weekly reports and engage in regular feedback sessions with your team lead
How to convince us:
  • You speak English at C1 level minimum. German and/or French language skills are a plus
  • You are in the final stages of your bachelor's or master's degree
  • You have already gained some experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • You are ambitious and motivated to achieve your goals, want to learn and drive your team forward
  • You work in a precise and structured manner and have the ability to remain communicative and empathetic at all times
  • You are hands-on, adapt quickly and are hungry to learn
