The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.Job Responsibilities

Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:

Submission Clearance
Policy & Endorsement Issuance
Other operations, as needed
Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed

QualificationsTECHNICAL SKILLSTechnical Skills Proficiency Level Required(R)/Optional(O)Microsoft Excel & Word 2 RMicrosoft Office Suite 2 RDesired Skills/Experience

Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Detail and quality minded
Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
Superior knowledge of Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly

Additional Information

B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Data Analytics or equivalent
