- Managing the pastry production at the Central Kitchen
- Leading, coaching and driving the pastry team for producing quality pastries items
- Monitoring material purchasing, costs, production schedule and conducting quality checking to ensure consistency in food quality according to company’s standards
- Enhancing the efficiency of quality pastry production at the Central Kitchen
- Developing work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts
- Internal Communication with other teams
- Help to make order of material and shift of staff
- Other ad hoc duties as necessary or assigned
- Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience from food production or related industries
- Able and willing to work on public holiday and weekend regularly
- A team player with good communication skills, detail-oriented and able to handle challenges independently
- Good command of either English or Japanese (JLPT N2 or above is preferred but not a must), or both
- Proficient in MS office especially Excel
- Immediately available is preferred
- 8 days off per month + Statutory Holidays
- 9 hours work on shift (included 1 hour meal break)
