Job Title: Construction Account ExecutiveLocation: LondonFull/Part Time: Full TimeSalary: £90,000 per annumInsurance Industry Sectors: Broking, Brokerage, Construction.Purpose of role:Lawes Group are currently looking for an experience Construction Account Executive to join a diverse team in London.In this position, you will play a pivotal role by leading, supporting, and facilitating the delivery of exceptional client advocacy. As a key point of contact within the account team, your responsibilities will involve collaborative efforts with colleagues across your assigned mid to large UK and European Construction clients.Key responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships through the continuous expansion of a network of client contacts, fostering strong, long-lasting connections.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service through regular and close interaction.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance services and add significant value to clients, maintaining a robust approach by developing service plans and annual visit timetables aligned with their evolving needs.
  • Attend insurer review meetings, actively participating in the development of strong relationships.
  • Proactively monitor premium payments, ensuring a positive credit control profile in collaboration with Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents.
  • Cultivate a broad network of positive relationships with insurers, lawyers, and loss adjusters.
  • Manage renewal income to meet or exceed budgeted levels and align with established team objectives.
  • Actively seek and generate new revenue opportunities through consistent new business activities and attendance at networking events.
Qualifications:
  • Profound understanding and substantial expertise in Construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional client service and advocacy, specifically related to UK Construction risks.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the capability to establish positive and impactful working relationships.
  • While not mandatory, possession of a CII qualification is considered desirable.
