Finance and Controlling Specialist

• Preparation and quarterly review of the budgets of the Oriens Funds and holding companies;
• Active participation in the monthly financial closing of the holding companies and the quarterly closing of the Funds;
• Participation and controlling support in preparing the Fund reports to investors;
• Quarterly review of the investment valuations;
• Active participation in group level liquidity planning, managing and updating the respective reports;
• Preparation of bank transfers;
• Review of tax returns (VAT, CIT), support the group level tax planning;
• Managing and updating the group transfer pricing procedure;
• Provide administrative support for the acquisition projects (e.g. setting up holding structure, analysing due diligence reports etc.)

• Total 4-5 years of relevant experience;
• Excellence in project management;
• Confident, dynamic and assertive personality. Professional demeanor, dedication to hard work, willingness to learn, openness to the world.
• MA or higher degree;
• Fluent and professional Hungarian AND English in speaking and writing;
• Czech or Slovak in speaking and writing is a great advantage;
• Advanced user of MS Office applications.
