- At least 1 year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- With knowledge of HR functions(pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer.
- Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent English communication(both written and verbal)
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- With problem-solving and decision-making aptitudes.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Potential to handle a leadership role.
