We are seeking a skilled and experienced Snagger to join our team. As a Snagger, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the snagging process in construction projects. Your attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify defects will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.```Responsibilities```
- Supervise the snagging process in construction projects
- Identify and document defects or issues in construction work
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of snagging items
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of snagging items and their resolution
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other team members```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Snagger or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
