Distributor Capability Development Manager (FMCG -TT Up to 90K)

• 5+ years from FMCG business with managing TT channel is a must

• Experience with Distributor management strongly preferred

• Able to work in upcountry.

• Analyzing data of sell-in sell-out, covering distribution, number of sales, effective call, successful call, etc. (Have the ability will be special consider)
• Monitoring and analysis daily sales such as distribution, daily sell out, sku etc.
• Sales data analysis and support data as per request and improve data accuracy.
• Distributor and store visiting in development of sales and promotion plans.
• Managing and controlling the business partnership with distributors.

• Experience 5+ years in Sales Fields work, Area sales Management from FMCG
• Experience in taking care both Distributor and Traditional Trade
• Able to work in the upcountry.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong in data analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
