You will also independently troubleshoot, analyse, solve, and correct Citrix issues that could occur to restore business critical service promptly.In your first few weeks in this Citrix Engineer role, you can expect to:
Design, implement, configure, maintain, and enhance the company's Citrix infrastructure
Independently troubleshoot, analyse, solve, and correct Citrix Infrastructure issues that could occur to restore business critical service in a timely manner
Plan and manage Citrix
Infrastructure patching and upgrades in accordance with vendors advisory and best practices
Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities
To succeed in this flexible role, you should have gained a BAC+2/3 in an IT related discipline or equivalent through relevant work experience. You will also need a minimum of 3-4 years of related work experience and adaptability and problem-solving skills. Other essential requirements include but aren't limited to:
Sound knowledge of SSL VPN implementation and configuration
Knowing two-factor authentication solutions (e.g Duo Mobile)
Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
Knowing DNS and DHCP technologies
Understanding how to deploy, maintain, optimize and secure Windows Server-based Operating Systems
