(Senior) Transfer Pricing Expert

• You will be the “go-to person” for all Transfer pricing topics for the Flix group globally;
• You will be part of the strategic setup decisions for the whole group and support Flix international expansion by analyzing transfer pricing regulations in new countries and act as a business partner by challenging transfer pricing implications of new business models;
• You are leading the coordination of the global documentation project for all Flix entities and ensuring compliance of our intercompany processes, including the preparation of Local files, Master file and CbCR;
• You follow up on regulatory changes, derive their implications on Flix transfer pricing model and implement necessary measures;
• You support managing our intercompany transactions by developing guidelines for calculations and documentation in close cooperation with Legal, Accounting and Treasury teams as well as international Finance teams;
• You are actively involved in communication with external advisors and tax authorities;
• You come up with your own ideas on how existing processes can be constantly improved and drive the implementation of those improvements to ensure the scalability of our transfer pricing processes.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field of study;
• You have an experience of 6-8 years in Transfer Pricing and/or International Tax in consulting and/or a high-paced, dynamic and international corporate environment, ideally in both;
• You are able to quickly gain deep understanding of complex intercompany structures You have strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured and diligent way of working You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus;
• You have first experience in project management, ideally in an international set up and strong communication skills;
• You are proactive, reliable and have a strong focus on achievement;
• You are fluent in English; every other language is a plus.
