- Performs variety of receptionist and administrative tasks. Keeps official registries.
- Acts as firs point of contact by dealing with calls, taking messages, and answering queries.
- Greets and welcomes all kinds of visitors and supplies them with refreshments as they wait.
- Directs maintenance and delivery personnel at Deloitte office premises, helping them navigate.
- Monitors the technical condition of the used equipment and takes measure for their timely repair.
- Places and invoices office supplies, stationary orders, and small accessories.
- Prepares detailed reports when needed in addition to regular monthly expense reports.
- Meeting rooms schedule and set up management. Events coordination, catering and ambience.
- Business travel and accommodation booking and coordination locally and abroad.
