Candidates with background experience of more than one year would be considered with higher priority!Your Duties:
- Assist in scheduling business meetings, interviews, trips, hotels, plane tickets bookings, transport, other.
- Communication with couriers, office suppliers, building maintenance, tech service companies and other.
- Provide assistance to the Manager, Administrative and HR departments depending on their needs.
- Performs basic administrative activities - copying, scanning, sorting and archiving documentation.
- Sending and receiving courier packages.
- Assist with other administrative tasks.
- Excellent English - both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in the same position or similar to it is a Must.
- Ability to set priorities and attention to details.
- Responsible, honest, reliable, loyal individual.
- Professional work ethics and discipline.
- Time managing and problem salving skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
