Your contribution is key to driving our strategic goals, aligning project management with evolving market trends and customer needs.
  • Strategize and implement new service developments in the B&I area, tailored to market specifics.
  • Monitor market trends and client needs to broaden services and client portfolios.
  • Address challenges and refine business development plans.
  • Oversee B&I projects, covering all aspects from the commercial to financial facets.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage resources and budgets, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and manage staff efficiently.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of commercial offers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams for business expansion.
  • Maintain updated CRM systems.
Your Profile:
  • Civil Engineering degree with over 5 years in construction Project Management.
  • Desirable: Licenses in Civil Engineering/Project Management, railway project experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, project management principles, and software.
  • Superb communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in B2B Sales & Business Development.
  • English proficiency and a clean driving license.
  • Strong adaptability in dynamic business settings.
  • Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Remarkable organizational and planning skills.
  • Meticulous with a robust work ethic and multitasking abilities.
