Job Description:We are PrintecPrintec is a leader in business-to-customer transaction technologies in Central and Eastern Europe, offering a wide range of technological solutions that reimagine transactions and create easy and secure interactions for 35 years.From click & collect parcel delivery and vending unattended machines to digital on-boarding and electronic signature solution, we aspire to make digital transactions safer, faster, and easier.Through our solutions and services, we enable businesses to leverage innovative technology to provide superior customer experience and at the same time achieve operational efficiencies and regulatory compliance.Did you know that Printec is behind your daily transactions?Watch the to discover some of our business solutions.Requirements:ResponsibilitiesThe is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through manual testing and evaluation.· Performing manual tests to verify functionality, reliability, and efficiency of software products.· Identify software bugs and potential improvements, ensuring software meets set specifications and quality standards.· Create and maintain product documentation.· Responsible for the initial installation and configuration of the software for new customers.· Train customers on how to use the product effectively and answering technical questions.· Visiting client premises to diagnose and troubleshoot software related issues.· Work closely with developers to analyze and fix defects.Requirements· University Degree in IT, Engineering or similar.· Previous experience or completed QA manual testing courses.· Experience in SQL & relational databases, with emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher.· Very good understanding and experience in Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments.· Good knowledge of Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments.· Good to know web apps, mainly in React as front-end and .NET Core as backend and functional / UI Automation testing.· Driving license cat. B· Very good command of English language.· Analytical thinker, strong problem-solving abilities, and customer-oriented person.· Excellent communication skills.· Solution and delivery oriented with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.· Previous experience 0 - 2 years.Benefits:The company offers.
