Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase our market share in the retail segment.
  • Proactively engage with potential retail customers and investors to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Present and promote our crypto exchange platform, products, and services to retail clients, effectively communicating their value proposition.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to the retail market.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities in the crypto exchange space, particularly in the retail market segment.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential retail market segments, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities for business growth.
  • Analyze sales data and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Continuously monitor customer behavior, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the retail market, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to customer onboarding, KYC/AML procedures, and data protection.
  • Stay updated on the latest regulatory developments in the cryptocurrency industry, ensuring full adherence to regulatory guidelines and requirements.
Requitement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the financial or cryptocurrency industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the crypto exchange market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with the retail market in Hong Kong, including an understanding of customer preferences and behavior.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and a strong commitment to compliance.
