Position Overview: As a Technical Writer - Knowledge Hub Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and curating comprehensive technical documentation for our diverse product range, which includes both hardware and software components. In addition, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and management of an AI chat bot within our Knowledge Hub, utilizing an existing tool to enhance customer support by providing instant and accurate responses to inquiries. Key Responsibilities Knowledge Hub Development: Establish and maintain the Knowledge Hub as a centralized repository for technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the Hub's content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards. AI Chat Bot Integration: Lead the integration of an existing AI chat bot tool within the Knowledge Hub to provide real-time responses to user queries. Work closely with external vendors or service providers to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization. Technical Documentation: Develop user-friendly FAQs, comprehensive user guides, and other technical documents for our full product range.
