- Drive execution of business opportunities with new and existing customers in assigned territory
- Actively look for new opportunities within the Aged Care & Primary Care
- Develop positive relationships with wholesalers and build strategic plans.
- Assume primary responsibility for identifying new sales leads within the assigned geographic territory
- Plan and implement new marketing initiatives and take part in relevant conferences and industry events.
- Regularly analyse sales performance and provide input on strategies and tactics to ensure delivery of results (Power BI)
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach to all work processes, by using sales automation to improve workflow, time management, and communication and increase client contact time.
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- 3+ years’ relevant proven experience.
- Valid drivers license.
- Extensive knowledge of Health care industry in ANZ
- Willingness to travel 50 – 60%
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, understand and respond optimally.
