- Oversee Day-to-Day Brand Management: Spearhead the operational management of assigned brands, with a specific emphasis on executing brand activations during football matchdays.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients in the DACH region, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for German and English-speaking brand clients, providing timely and effective communication.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and upselling potential within existing client accounts, driving revenue expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Digital Signage Project Leadership: Act as the key liaison between clients, sporting clubs, and the AIM Sport design studio, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Market Insights and Presentations: Develop and present comprehensive case studies and market trend analyses to clients, both in-person and virtually, to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client relationships.
- Language Skills: Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Digital Savviness: Strong familiarity with digital tools and technologies.
- Customer Success Experience: Proven ability to provide strategic oversight and guidance in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
