Years of Experience: 2 to 3 yearsWork Location: Coimbatore / ChennaiWe are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 2-3 years of experience of applying AI/ML techniques to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and systems in TrusTrace. They should have a strong understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, as well as prior experience in developing models for text classification, document analysis, and/or building conversational AI systems.Responsibilities:

Proactively identify the key areas where AI/ML can lead to transformational impact inside the existing business or platforms
Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and systems for different modalities including NLP (preferred) and Computer Vision.
Collaborate with technical architects and software engineers to build scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions
Conduct experiments and evaluate performance of AI/ML models
Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for accuracy and speed
Develop custom algorithms as needed to solve specific business problems
Keep up to date with the latest research and advancements in NLP technologies
Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science
2-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, and deep learning techniques
Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn)
Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms, such as AWS SageMaker and/or Microsoft Azure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
