Job Responsibility Accounts Assistant Work Duties / Responsibilities Monitoring daily Sales collection and follow up if any queries Ensuring payments / collections, amounts and records are correct. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals. Recording and filing cash transactions. Invoice processing and filing. Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve. Bank reconciliation. Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation. Currently, are located at more than 30 locations nationwide with plans to expand further.We are currently hiring an Account Assistant and the Job Requirement as follow:- SPM/ Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or equivalents. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Self motivated and able to work independently Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player, matured with good analytical skills and detail oriented.
