Information Security AnalystAbout the opportunityWith the ever-growing threat landscape, Discova is seeking a skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in fortifying our cyber defences. The right candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive range of tasks, including proactive monitoring for potential threats, meticulous analysis of security incidents, and the implementation of robust security solutions to safeguard our critical systems and sensitive data across all our destinations in Asia and the Americas.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with IT teammates to implement optimal solutions for Discova.Communicate with internal IT and Global ETS to ensure requirements are met for security processes.Develop and maintain incident response plans, coordinating activities during security incidents.Participate in planning enterprise security architecture and document creation.Stay updated on security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.Integrate and configure new security solutions, maintaining secure device configurations.Monitor security events, alerts, and logs to identify potential incidents and vulnerabilities.Conduct security assessments and penetration tests to identify weaknesses.Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop remediation plans.Implement and maintain security controls such as firewalls, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems), and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) solutions.Meet or exceed set KPIs set by Discova's Chief Technology OfficerShare knowledge with Discova's IT team and participate in company trainings for learning and development opportunities.About YouThe EssentialsPossession of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field is required.
