- Certify and oversee aircraft release from base maintenance
- Coordinate maintenance staff
- Manage daily work plan adherence
- Monitor and support staff performance
- Collaborate with management to address issues
- Provide updates and escalate issues
- Develop and implement recovery plans
- Ensure tool control and project organization
- Promote health and safety in the workplace
- Monitor staff attendance and time recording
- Support staff development and training
- Assist with quality audits and compliance
- Uphold company culture and values
- EASA category 'C' licence (preferably hold current EASA B1 and/or B2)
- Will hold and maintain a minimum of two appropriate fleet types
- Will hold a minimum of five years active certification
- Ability to hold and maintain appropriate company approvals specific to role
- Understand EASA part-145 requirements and Human Factors
- Excellent communicator, flexible and solution focused
- Computer literate
- Excellent knowledge of company's engineering operating systems
- Flexible in their working hours to meet the demands of the role
- Meet the requirements to hold an airside pass
- Full driving licence
