- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 sales representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the National Sales Director to align regional sales strategies with national objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction, energy, and petrochemical sectors.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales volume, revenue, and profit margins.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the National Sales Director.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferably in the protective coating business
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to travel extensively within the East China region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
