- Provide care for program participants in compliance with DoD, Army and local policies, guidance, and standards.
- Will interact with patrons and deliver superior patron experience. Encourages patron interest, participation, and helps promote a positive golf experience.
- Completes designated training requirements and records completed training on own in a developmental capacity, assists in the daily operation of the Golf Activity.
- Carries out instructions and directives as necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Assists in the marketing and promotion of the golf activity and programs.
- Provides golf instructions to individuals and groups. Assists in the scheduling and conducting of golf related activities and tournaments.

- Must possess the ability to instruct the game of golf as evidenced through completion or current enrollment in pursuit of Class A PGA Certification.

- This is a pay-banded position.
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). - Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
