With over 12 years of market leadership and rapid growth my client requires support, helping existing clients with subscription renewals and course credits. Based in Manchester, this full-time Account Manager role offers a salary of £25k-£28k + £40k OTE. We seek a driven and adaptable individual with a proven background in B2B account management and renewals.*Previous experience in selling to Local Authority or Public Sector clients is highly advantageous. *Responsibilities:
- Cross sell and up sell to existing customers across national territories.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that allow you to identify and convert cross-selling opportunities.
- Gather feedback to continually improve service
- Meet monthly revenue targets and KPIs
- Foster long-term client relationships through a consultative approach.
- Passionate about people and results
- Confident negotiating, handling objections and closing sales
- Experienced selling products and services (B2B)
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
- Enjoys working at pace in a changing environment
- Experienced in working to revenue targets and Kpis, specifically around ‘renewals’
