- Reviews and conducts assessments, diagnostics and benchmarking of financial planning information and reports, and makes recommendations for changes to management.
- Evaluates financial plans by identifying financial outcomes and potential returns.
- Prepares financial presentations using a variety of formats, displays, reproduction of charts, graphs, and econometric models.
- Assists in the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts, tracks and reports initiatives.
- Review of costing models against leading practices and regulatory requirements
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in FP&A process and multicultural relationships with executive roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Mathematics or Actuarial Sciences.
- Advanced English
- Excel proficiency
- Power BI (desirable)
- Good communication and customer services skills both in English and Spanish.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Adaptability to change and detailed oriented.
- Capable of applying judgment to plan and execute recommendations and reports.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments, actively contribute to the success of the team, and consistently go above and beyond to support colleagues.
