- Greet all guests warmly, with an upbeat attitude, and make them feel comfortable
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Approaches guests and collects information needed to assist with seating.
- Constantly provides guests with accurate information about the restaurant and property as well as entertainment offered in each restaurant and nightlife venue, as well as offering to make future reservations at any of the guest’s preferred venues
- Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate guest and team members needs when the opportunity arises
- Maintains knowledge of the restaurant floor plan and table numbers, seating the room evenly and consistently per management’s instruction
- Communicates with management, and service staff immediately to rectify any and all guest needs and requests
- Ensure the work area is in compliance with the Southern Nevada Heath District health codes at all times
- Perform proper register and cash-handling techniques
- Must communicate the “Infinity” reward information to each guest clearly with a smile
- Maintain proper positioning of guest stations
- Assists team members in clearing tables accordingly
- Performs opening and closing side work
- Has appropriate menu knowledge
- Responsible for completing to-go food and drink orders for guests
- Performs proper cash, room charge, comp, and credit card procedures
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card and Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of Open Table and Seven Rooms Reservation System
- General computer knowledge
- Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond

- Exceptional communication skills and articulation
- Must be able to multitask and take initiative in a VIP-driven and guest service-focused environment
- Must exhibit a focused attention to detail, while working in a high-pressure environment
- Able to write and speak in a confident manner
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift
- Must be able to control a multi-line phone
- Previous cash handling experience
