- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to uphold high standards and maintain a nurturing familial environment.
- Prioritize child welfare and protection, ensuring top-tier childcare.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team through effective supervision and inspiration.
- Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Registered Manager.
- Experienced senior leader or deputy manager in children's homes.
- Holds a Level 3/Level 4 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent.
- Friendly and proactive with a team-oriented work ethic.
- Committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and young individuals.
- Competitive salary of circa £35,000 per annum.
